First time in 20+ years in Bucaramanga.
Very good hotel. Nice big room with balcony. Well placed bathroom with good shower pressure with excellent shower head. Breakfast included good not great. Service at the dining room the night of February 2 was good, one of the waitresses on duty was excellent. However, on February 4th the waitress that had taken care of me on the 2nd was not there, the waitress on duty on the 4th was terrible. I had to go and get the menu myself she was ignoring the customers entering. After looking at the menu and being ignored and not being acknowledged for more than 10 minutes, I got up and left and walked 150 yards to the shopping center nearby and ate there. LOCATION of this hotel is excellent. Good part of town, shopping and restaurants all nearby.Ask for room facing the front entrance to the hotel.

This hotel was ok, staff was very kind, food was ok, not much variety but it’s quality and taste was ok. We had an issue, as soon as we got inside our room, we found a dead cockroach and besides that, cable in our tv didn’t work. Besides that, everything was good.
