The Aparthotel is near Grand Place winthin a 10 minutes walking distance. We used to lived few doors down and familiar with the neighborhood. The property is conveniently situated with different City transport, Metro, tram and busses. For trips outside Brussels, a walk to Grand Central or a Metro ride to Midi (another train station) to catch International train ride. The property is old but clean. Furnitures needs updating but it didn’t bother us, price is very reasonable.

It was difficult to check-in. I found the room so long time. The host didn't to tell us which the floor of our room. And when i check out. We didn't know how to check out we found the way to check out around 20 minutes. Finally just put the key in the box.

clean small and accessible apartment
I had great information from emails made directly to the apartments regarding entry times, codes and access. The apartment was well equipped - even had soap, shampoo and shower gel from previous people - very helpful to have with only hand luggage.
take some earplugs as the walls are thin - but with these in - all was well.
It has a very steep staircase up to the bed and I would not recommend this to someone with any balance issues - esp as the banister is quite low

Good value room in Brussels
The property was comfortable and excellent value for money. The room had cooking facilities and a TV although there were no English Language Channels. It would have been nice to have had some basic supplies such as Tea bags, coffee and milk but it was ideal for my purposes.

When I arrived I was put in a room that had nothing to do with the description and photos when I booked it and it was super cold. I complained onc when I arrived I was put in the room that had nothing to do with the description and photos when I booked it and it was super cold. I complained twice and finally I got moved to a room that was warm and in fact corresponded to the photos and description when I booked it. It was a good stay after all although the condition and the cleaning was brilliant, but the space itself was quite nice as it seemed when booking. My main problem was to have to complain so much to be put in a room that corresponded to what I’ve booked, I rarely complain and I don’t like when I feel like people are trying to use that to make me stand lower standards

Decent value for money, comfortable apartment. Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. They were s bit aggressive in their reminders about the 9pm check-in deadline, and otherwise we had no interactions with staff.

Location was good, about 10-15 min walk from the main square and 5-10 min walk from Brussels park and royal palace. Very quite at night and not excessively trafficked area. we found a small grocery store a little bit up the street.
The host received us well and gave us some general tourist information.
The room was spacious and well illuminated although not very clean (we found some hair on couch and floor and toilet smelled a little bit of body fluid) and needed a little renovation especially in the bathroom (shower head needs to be changed).
Coffee maker and kettle are there although there was no coffee nor tea to be made (luckily we brought some). Really appreciated the fridge, was very practical to have.
Also if you are used to use tissue paper make sure you bring it along, the host provides only toilet paper.
Overall it was average, really what you get for the price.
