Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. The road was a little noisy on one evening. Otherwise room was great and staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The popcorn in the social room was a really sweet touch. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. There was a great games room with a coffee machine as well as a popcorn machine! Never seen that before. The kind staff made yummy popcorn and distributed bags to all guests! Nice!!

This is a nice, clean hotel that is right across from the ferry terminal. They have very friendly staff. There is no elevator which was a bit of an inconvenience as we have a baby and a puppy and lots of stuff for them. It was only for one night so not bad but would book something more spacious with an elevator in the future. Check in is at 4pm and not the usual 3pm. I would definitely stay again if it was just us adults.

We had an awesome stay at Waterways, A Boutique Hotel. The view from our main floor room was fantastic and made our visit even more enjoyable.If you have any mobility or accessibility concerns, I highly recommend requesting a main floor room. It made getting around very easy and convenient.The location is excellent, with great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the ferry terminal. Everything we needed was close by, making our stay relaxing and stress-free.Thank you to the hotel staff for their friendly service and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.
