The manager (I did not catch his name) was very helpful. They were having system issues, but he handled a tough situation great and was very friendly. The only real down fall was the ice machine on the 3rd floor was not operating having to go to another floor was an inconvenience but overall, it was a great stay

Hello. This past weekend 8/29 we hosted my husband 50th birthday party. This is the second time we have hosted a party there and we actually booked a room both times. This venue is a great place to host a party. Both Justin and Nick made sure that we had everything we needed. Nick was the evening manager on duty and he was absolutely amazing. He came and checked in with us several times throughout the evening made sure that we didn't need anything. He made sure that room temperature was comfortable. EV services were on top of everything when it came to helping us dispose of everything. Now let's talk about the facility, great location in the heart of Bricktown, walking distance for other entertainment. I highly recommend hosting an event there. The facility has recently undergone renovations. The facility is very clean, staff friendly. My family stated that the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this location.
