Total Gem

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute gem! We reserved a family room, which provided plenty of space with a main living room that had a bed and a separate room for the second bed. The kitchen area was well equipped, complete with a small table for us to enjoy our meals. The room had everything we needed, including fresh beach towels every day. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, with a short walk to the beach behind the hotel or about 20 minutes into the main parts of Key West. One thing to note for international travelers: arrange access with the hotel beforehand. We had some trouble getting in initially due to my international service not delivering the required text messages, but the owner was extremely helpful in sorting it out quickly. Overall, this place was amazing and I highly recommend it!

Cozy and great king beds.

Once the check in issues with wi-fi were rectified and a simple room change we were very happy with our stay. Room #303 was to say the least very tiny, id say 125 sq. ft. tops and no shower water pressure. Room #301 was nice sized and well appointed. We will return when possible. Cloelse to Duvall st.

Cosy place!

Very nice local place, right by the beach. Clean, calm and very confortable. Only negative point was the 2 complementary bicycles, both had the pedals broken, couldn’t use it. Over the phone, the gentleman offered us to refund the rental we have to do, nice gesture and that was enough, we didn’t ask for! Will go back there for sure!

Great location; When we moved the nightstand to plug our phones in we were disappointed with the presence of large dust bunnies. We were also woken by the barking of a dog in the room above us. We know it was not the owners fault but it was disappointing.

Overpriced Frat House

If you like "frat house" accommodations, then this is for you! Broken lampshades, moldy shower curtain, a chair that was so badly stained, even a blacklight wouldnt touch it. Also, limited parking is an understatement. Bypass wasting money staying here, there are ao many other places to choose from.

Not Horrible, but not worth the price

The rooms are decent. A/C worked. There is no staff on sight, no one cleaned our room, emptied the trash or exchanged our dirty bath towels at all during our three night stay. Parking is free, but there are only two spots available (first come, first serve) so get ready to pay if there are more than two guests. I had a question when we first arrived, called the number i was provided, left a voicemail like requested....i'm still waiting for a call back. The rooms were ok, but for the price i paid, i'd skip this one and stay somewhere else with better service (or service at all) and more amenities.

Wonderful property close to the southern point.

Amazing location, happy and helpful property manager, and great for the whole family, including our small dogs. The dog beach is right down the road and plenty of places to walk them. Within walking distance to many pretty foliage and key west history. The property itself was very adorable and charming.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located in Key West and our room was spacious and comfortable. However there were only two parking spaces for six rooms. Fortunately we arrived early and got one of the spaces. We never drove anywhere but walked so we wouldn’t have to deal with the parking which is hard to come by in town. Also, we wished we would have known that this isn’t a b and b because there isn’t any breakfast. But our room had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Coffee was furnished but not replenished after the first day.
