The hotel is on a lovely stretch of beach and benefits from a beautiful view on the sunset. The hotel is very clean and very well kept, the rooms were spotlessly clean.
However, for the price, the location was not that good. There is virtually nothing to do within close proximity. There is a town which you can take a taxi to but not very much there.
The food didn't really meet expectation. It was never hot and the choice wasn't very good either. Very strange combinations and food labels were very unclear. On one occasion, there was 'noddles with vegetables' but it contained chicken. Prawn crackers covered in a mussel, seafood sauce. There is an additional restaurant on site which if you stay in a room, there is additional charge. If you stay in a suite this is free. However, if like us you are upgraded to a suite, you do not get free access to the restaurant. The food there includes a menu which you can order from. Great if you love seafood. You can also choose from the buffet, this is almost the same as the main restaurant but the food is kept in big metal serving trays with lids. The main restaurant would be smart to employ the same in order to keep food hot. Not really worth the extra 20 Euro pp but we were desperate for some hot food. We did not really see any adult entertainment, the children's entertainment seemed to take the spotlight every evening. In all, great hotel if you want to sit on the beach everyday, soak up the sun and see some beautiful sunsets.
