I have visited The French Quarters several times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the location was great! We spent the weekend with teens and preteens, who enjoyed the pool and the trolley stops near the hotel. Joseph at the front desk was so personable and knowledgeable. My entire group of 9 enjoyed chatting with him!

For our purposes, the location was excellent. The front desk staff was also excellent. They were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The valet parking was extremely convenient. The breakfast was well above normal with the variety of choices offered. Those are some of the positives. On the less than positive side, the price for the valet parking was quite high. We were also not big fans of the room design where the front part of the bathroom has no door separating it from the sleeping space. Only the toilet and shower space had a door. We also weren't happy with the mattress and pillows, but part of that is just the idea that we are used to what we have at home and this was different. Overall, we'd probably stay here again, everything considered.
