Nice swimming pool, staff friendly- some can speak other languages. It has several blocks of rooms- our room was near busy SOI, so it was very noisy. Not really a family hotel. Plenty of action for single travellers. Price per night is ok but perhaps worth paying a little more for better room or another hotel.

good but...

nice pool but old seats who where difficult to bring on a comfortable sitting but that is easlily to repair. my wing (D) was noisy in the night from the street. onfortunately the hotel was full and i could'nt change to a less noisy room so i must check out to other place. very good situation from the hotel

Great value for money

At £15.50 a night I wasn't expecting the Ritz Check in was good.safety deposit box was easy. 4 nights.. Pool was quite large compared to others. Location great. I was in sutus 5. First floor. The room was ok.. TV worked and close enough to watch it from the bed. The bed was very comfy and soft. The duvet had an old 2 inch rip in it from before and I was not charmed for it.. I really like the soft sheets and the pillow could of been a little shallower but it was very comfortable none the least. Aircon a little noisy but the electric propeller worked well thru the night instead for me. Lady dropped 2 bottles ofor water each day that was lovely. Changed towels and bins. Wish they had a do not disturb sign for when not needing cleaning. Housemaid was nice and friendly.. there is a vent hole that could let in noise but I heard nothing. Quiet and peaceful and safe too. Pool was great. Overall. 9/10 will book there again
