The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was beautiful. Clean, well maintained and lots of room. They have a public and private onsen. The private onsen were beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Elegant and Spacious with Lovely Baths
I had a lovely stay at this traditional Japanese Ryokan. The staff were so friendly and helpful; the room was a suite - spacious and elegant; the two private baths in the garden were superb; and the location was only a five minute walk from the Tottori Station (they'll even shuttle you back after checkout!) The breakfast included was delicious with lots of dishes (and not a buffet, which was nice.) Definitely a favorite that I'll stay at again and highly recommend to others.

Really nice stay here. The staff are very friendly. Typical high class ryokan level of service. Has 2 private family baths as well as the big baths. Good location not far from the station and there are lots of restaurants near the station. My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori!
The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori. The staff were super friendly and could communicate in English. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too. Large room, the traditional service you would expect in onsen ryokan and definitely a must stay hotel for onsen lovers!
