Small clean budget place
Small, convenient private hotel in a village off the A7 highway. Nothing special here except for good value. My room’s roof was a bit low in some areas. The tiny TV runs fine and there was good WiFi service. Everything well with the bathroom and okay breakfast. I’d check in again for value.

Very friendly and nice hotel
Came in around 9 o'clock in the evening for a stopover on the way home from vacation. Hotel is placed 3 km from A7, so easy to get to and still we didn't hear any noise from the traffic despite that it was a quite evening. Staff was exceptional service minded and the kitchen was still open even we were the only guest at the time. We had a nice meal and got a very good nights sleep in some very good beds. All in all the perfect place for a stopover and a very fair price.

Quiet, remote location. Not the warmest of welcomes, but otherwise OK. Breakfast was basic but good. Wi-Fi worked OK.

Quiet and restful after a day's motoring!
We found Hotel-Gasthof Waldeck very quickly after leaving the motorway. Parking is free, and we enjoyed the view of the Bavarian countryside from the balcony of our first floor room. The room itself was very spacious, with comfortable bedding and a quiet atmosphere. We had our evening meal there too. The meal was from a simple menu but freshly presented. Local beer available too. Next morning, breakfast was a cold-buffet meal. Then back to the motorway quickly and easily, and heading for the far east of Germany.

A quiet and economical guesthouse
This guesthouse is in a quiet situation and the countryside is all around. The resident staff are helpful and hard-working. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony which had a marvellous view of the Bavarian hills. Usefully near to the motorway with good road signs pointing out the route to the guesthouse. We enjoyed our evening meal here as well. Local Bavarian beer and wine much appreciated, too

Jeg valgte dette hotel af to årsager, og det ene holdt stik. 1. Hotellet lå tæt på motorvejen. 2. Restaurant på stedet. Der stod på hotels.com, at der er restaurant på stedet, det var desværre ikke tilfældet. Det bør ændres, så andre ikke får samme oplevelse.

Nur zur Not
Das Restaurant war geschlossen und es gab keine Alternativen in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, obwohl es 22m2 haben sollte. Das einzig gute an dem 12€ teurem Frühstück war der Kaffee. Das Ambiente des Hotels und vor allem des Frühstückraumes ist wie in einer alten Pension. Das Badezimmer war winzig, kaum Licht und nicht ein Haken zum Aufhängen von Kulturtasche oder Handtuch
