Awesome vacation site
It was our girls annual weekend in North Conway and it was one of the best rentals ever! Convenient location to skiing, stores and restaurants. Wonderful open layout for entertaining with plenty of room and spacious bathrooms!! Lovely gas fireplace, WiFi, Netflix and nicely decorated and CLEAN!! Welcome package was very thorough, easy to read and very helpful. Highly recommend this site.

Amazing location
We loved the stay. The view from living room windows is amazing! The location is great: close to Echo Lake, mountain biking, hiking and to the village of North Conway. At the same time so tranquil and private. The owner is very nice and responsive. The house is spacious and comfortable. I recommend highly!

Fantastic rental!
Just finished a 5 night stay here. The house is terrific. It's exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. The layout was perfect for our crew, which included 4 teenagers who appreciated their own space on the lower level. The view is spectacular. The owner responded very quickly (within 15-20 min) when we reached out with one concern. Would definitely stay here again.

Property Issues
Took 36 hours for the heat to warm the house near 70 degrees. Owner did suggest using the space heaters but they kept causing the fuze in the main breaker box to trip. Upon inspection of the furnace, it's amazing it works at all. It was SO old and according to records hadn't been serviced in 3 years. Additionally, the heating system made loud sounds with noticeable vibrations. It sounded like someone was walking around in another room.

Very cute house
We had a great time. The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Very clean and modern bathrooms! Our 3 boys loved the 2 bedrooms in the basement They had their own space to hang out and watch tv so my husband and I actually could sit and relax without them monopolizing our TV. Also loved the windows along the back of the house. Great views of the mountains and saw some gorgeous sunrises! I would love to rent again the next time we plan at trip to New Hampshire
