GREAT LOCATION GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE.
The hotel is conveniently located at Piazza Navona and short walk to the Pantheon. Our room was on the first floor and have good view of the piazza. The noise outside was not bothersome when the windows are closed. You order breakfast and they deliver it to your room, which is more than enough. They have a good sized room and bathroom. Good and working AC control. What makes this hotel great was the service. They gave us a complementary wine and champagne . The staff was very helpful. Thank you for making our Christmas stay in Rome great.

The hotel offered breakfast every morning upon request and airport transportation. The Piazza Navona area has lots of restaurants and shopping available. It is a great location that is walkable to the main attractions. We look forward to another stay in the future.

As others have mentioned, this property is not a true hotel. There is no lobby. There is a tiny front desk. It is often unoccupied. When we tried to check out we couldn’t find anyone for our key return. We waited for 10 minutes and finally handed our keys to a cleaning person. That said, it was still a nice place to stay in a great location.
