Mixed experience but fine.

The room was quite large and the overhead lights in the form of photographs are interesting. The breakfast was a little uninspiring but not bad. The gentleman on reception (the owner) appeared rather unfriendly at first but did provide some information about the town. At first he said that it was not possible to do laundry, but actually did it for us. We got other people's clothes back in our laundry and when we took them back he didn't seem overly concerned. He let us check through the other person's laundry to see that they hadn't got some of our clothes.

Tam bir mağduriyet ve hayal kırıklığı!!!

Rezervasyonumu family suit için 2 ay önce 2 geceliğine 250 tl ücretten yaptırmıştım. Ardından sitede güncellenen fiyatları görünce oteli arayıp teyit etmek istedim. Ücretlerin hotels.com tarafından güncellenmediği geldiğimizde aradaki farkı ödeyerek kalabileceğimizi söyledi otel sahibi. Ancak ben rezervasyonumu 250 tlden yaptırdığımı aksi durumda bizi mağdur etmiş olacaklarını söyledim. Kendileri de mağdur olmamamız için 2 gece için problem olmayacağını ve 250 tlden rezervasyonu kabul ettiklerini bildirdiler. Konaklama günü gelip otele gittiğimizde bize rezervasyon görünmediğini mail gelmediğini ve odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler. 1. Katta küçücük ekonomik oda ve yine kendilerine ait olan çok pis bir pansiyon odasını gösterdiler. Buraları da 2 gece için 300 tlye ayırabileceklerini söylediler mağduriyetimizi gidermek için! Hem mağdur olup hem de başka yerde yer bulamayacağımızı düşündüğümüz için daha pahalıya konaklayacaktık. Rica minnet derdimizi anlatıp 2 gecesi 200 tlden o küçük eski ve pis odada kaldık. Bu arada gelmedi dediği rezervasyon mailini de buldular! Sırf 23 nisan bayramı diye fiyatları şişirip internet sitelerinde güncellemeyi unutup rezervasyonları yoksaymak çok ahlaksızca! Sonra daha pahalıya bu odaları başkalarına rezerve ederek avantajlı fiyatla tatil yapacağını düşünen bizim gibi insanları mağdur ediyorsunuz. Kesinlikle güvenip rezervasyon yapmayın. Ben arayıp teyit etmeme rağmen mağdur oldum. İş işten geçtikten sonra özür dilemenin bir anlamı yok!!!
