Very poor service by Hotels.com
My low rating is aimed mostly at the owner and Hotels.com. I arrived to find that despite having a confirmation the hotel was not expecting me. I had paid upfront so did not agree to rebooking at the time. Instead I called Hotels.com. Extremely negative experience. Asks for confirmation number then says can’t find it and hangs up!! I have other reservations so put those numbers in to try but nothing was recognised. I left the property (which had no other occupants) and logged my complaint through the website chat. Result of that was an email 2 days later saying could t get hold of owner so not offering a refund. Outrageous. The owners fault not mine. I battled with hotels.com and achieved only a partial refund. Nothing to say what action is going to be taken against this listing. Now look to cancel bookings I have with Hotels.com and try another service. Have lost faith in them and their lack of protection for customers and lack of contact ability. Very disappointed. Beware!
