This is a very nicely presented property. For a one night stay it maybe fine for some but for longer stays, like ours, we found the property lacking. Big issue was there are no windows, just doors and without screens, flies or mosquitoes can come in. The bathroom has a very small window and no screen which doesn’t provide any ventilation to the master room. A ceiling fan would help. Since the room we had faces the street, one can’t leave the doors open for security reasons if nothing else and we tried it but the mosquitos were having a feast and to sleep you have to close them anyway. Can’t hear the TV with the doors open. The street noise is an issue as this is on a main drag. The cooler temperatures this time of year one needs to hang towels out to dry. No facility to do that. The line outside always had sheets or something on the line so we couldn’t air/dry our towel out there. The very small towel rack in the bathroom couldn’t fit one of the towels, let alone two. A drying rack for the guests would be good. The self serve/clean up continental breakfast was okay, but “the everyone can dip into the jams with butter on their knives” is not for me. Individual packaging would be more appropriate in these times. Our hosts were very nice and I’m sure they would have tried to make us more comfortable but these things require more time than we had there if they were considering making any improvements.
