Lovely stay in the Suffolk countryside
We had a lovely stay in this very special bnb . The rooms were well appointed with a super comfy bed and good linen. There was a well stocked tea tray with fresh milk and good quality biscuits. The shower room was close by and soley for our use. The host Alison was really lovely and knowledgable on the local area. The best bit was the peace and quiet and no light pollution. In beautiful countryside.

Lovely quite spot
The host checked before my arrival what time I'd be booking in. Unfortunately I was early so they were out but Alison was very accomodating when I said I'd be back around 10pm. Place was lovely and room was very comfortable with an array of items on the room to make my stay more comfortable. Overall would highly recommend but would also advise to close your windows before bed as the crows and peacocks woke me up at 5am!

A beautiful country property. Alison’s home is a traditional Vintage English extremely well presented - does require ability to use stairs. Great host 😍

The Church Farmhouse host was so welcoming and the B & B was so cozy. We loved the bathroom with the large soaking tub and the room was delightful with plenty of space. The English breakfast was delicious with homemade jams. We would definitely stay there again!

Difficult to find at night
Please don't go to this hotel at night time, extremely in jungle with some houses on the road, hotel has no house number, all dark at night, no phone signal in that area. I had to go back all the way to my house without staying, No refund, just excused for dark hotel.

Nice place if you like quiet
Big old farm house in very very quiet setting. Big room and bathroom. Close to some lovely villages and about halfway between Newmarket and Bury st Edmonds. So if you like it quiet - this is for you. If you want to stay within walking distance from a pub or somewhere to eat - look elsewhere.

Steph
Loved our stay. The Mulberry Room was very well suited for our family as the side room allowed us to put our daughter to bed separately. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Hand sanitiser and temperature checks at the front door.
