Hôtel décevant, propreté laissait à désiré. À notre arrivé dans la chambre, nous constatons que le plancher semble avoir été lavé avec une vadrouille sale, il y a des traces partout. Le miroir est plein de saleté et il est tout barbouillé. Certaines finitions étaient brisées. Le serviettes sentait mauvais, et ce pendant tout notre séjour qui a duré 6 nuits. Le matelas était trop dur pour nous, chacun ses préférences… La piscine est mal entretenue et verte. Cependant, l’hôtel est très bien situé, a 5 minutes de la plage. Beaucoup d’ambiance dans la rue, jusqu’à tard la nuit. De notre chambre (415), nous n’entendions presque pas le bruit de la rue, mais nous semblions assez éloigné comparativement à d’autre chambre. Il y à près de 30 marches à monter pour se rendre à la réception de l’hôtel! Pas facile avec tous les bagages. Le déjeuner était très bien, beaucoup de variétés. Si vous payer plus de 150$ CAD c’est trop à notre avis. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel si vous êtes habitués à un minimum de confort et de propreté.

Not a place to go if you want peace and quiet, often couldnt sleep. However the hotel behind it with which it had a breakfast and swimmingpool deal, behind it was amazing. Staff at both hotels were lovely and helpful, though I had to remind the cleaners to clean my room. Room spartan and basic. But central and nearto the beach. Otherwise it was more like a boarding house with multiple bed rooms. Should definstely have been cheaper for my noisy double room

More of a hostel than a hotel. Room was clean if basic with a good shower. Staff were pleasant. We booked two partly ocean view rooms but this was non existent on lower floor room. Pool is part of neighbouring hotel complex Tipa which I have stayed in previously and if booked early enough is a near identical price. Good location!

Great location just 5 mins from the beach and longboats to take you on the various tourist trips. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. For the most part very quiet for a good nights sleep.

I stayed in a 4-bed dorm and it was spacious. The room had a musky smell. The receptionists were sometimes helpful and sometimes lot. Their knowledge of English is limited and you get the feeling they don’t like tourists. If they don’t understand you they will say no or we can’t do that/help. I asked for washing powder and they said I had to buy it at the 7 eleven over the road but a speaking to a roommate is was 15THB to buy from there. You can use the pools in the nearby hotel which are good. The infinity pool especially

The hotel was perfect for us. We needed a clean place close to the Ao Nang beach for a good price. This hotel was very clean with 4 individual beds. The room had a nice shower and separate toilet with 4 individual beds, each with a curtain and there are also lockers for your stuff. Completely clean with daily room service. Also a self-service laundry. The location was key. About 1/8 mile from the beach or less. Surrounded by street markets. I very much recommend the Sultan restaurant between the hotel and the beach.

It was in a very very coinvent area and extremely close to aonang beach, only a 2 min walk to the strip. The staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean. They come everyday to clean the room.

The water pressure in the washroom is poor. It kept stopping, was unsure with how the heater pump works as the water kept exchanging from hot to cold. The air conditioning was too slow, the air had to be manually adjusted to powerful as it was too warm. The structure of the sink being inside the room space was a little unusual.

The towels smelled very musty and dirty like they had been wet and folded up. There was black hair in our bed and room in multiple places when we have blonde hair. In general it felt very grimy. The room smelled so bad of sewer. I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review. So glad we only had one night booked. We re booked at the holiday in up the street and it was so clean.

Wake Up is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the beach and the main part of town. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is in the hotel next door as they are owned by the same people, which is a short walk from the hotel reception. Staff are friendly but had limited English. I would stay again.

This location is great! It's located just in the middle sort of in Ao Nang where you can walk to the beach, restaurants and practically everything else! The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are nice too.
