Location
Great location and amenities. We had a blast and the extra bed for the kid was such a great addition. The only thing we didnt like was the lack of parking but we still made do and would stay here again.

Spotless exceptional hotel
This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. Spotless room and bathroom, and the most exceptional service from the employees at the front desk. Truly loved my stay here. I have never received friendlier service! And the location is perfection.

Good hotel in center of everything
Zack was the best! Offered suggestion for dinner and was fantastic! Very helpful throughout my stay. Only odd thing was toilet was located in other area of room from sink and shower. No shelf for shampoo etc in shower. Drinking Glasses were sitting upside down directly on sink. No parking at hotel. Have to walk approx 3-5 mins with your luggage to get here.

Walking Distance to all things Salem!
Room was cute, but tight. Great use of space, but small. The location was right in the middle of all things Salem, easy walk to everywhere. Be aware, no parking near the hotel and you will need to walk from a parking deck with your bags.

It was a nice place. The entrance through a cafe was a bit different and no parking was also. Make sure you pack light and be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage. There is parking close by, the rooms were amazing and the staff was amazing! You are right in the heart of Essex street and easy walking distance to just about everything.

8/10 Very good

Great location, walk to everything & they have their own dining on site including a nice rooftop bar (the only rooftop bar in Salem). Honestly the only down sides are the cost is really high considering it’s still the ‘off season’, there are more affordable options if walkability isn’t an issue for you. My room was relatively clean however since it was a ‘micro’ room it seems people that have stayed before me used the large window sill to put their various beverages leaving multiple stains along the window. If they aren’t diligent about cleaning this I can’t imagine what else they may overlook in cleaning. I would stay here again if I was splitting the cost with someone and we needed to be downtown, otherwise I would probably do an AirBnB. Salem is definitely worth the visit, wish I had more time there.
