Aug 24, 2026I’ve very mixed experience @ €4.8k -7 days Firstly two rooms one was lovely ( great amenities & aspect) the second was pretty bad - no kettle, no fridge, awful wardrobe space & no walkin shower & it was for 3 people! Terrace was very narrow & not useable.
I sent an email to request a room change on day 2 & spoke to front desk. I was shown another to move to & informed the next day I couldn’t have it!
My email wasn’t answered by management at all & it was received. I knew other more suitable rooms were empty during my stay.
General housekeeping wasn’t good & both rooms weren’t cleaned at all -2 days in a row! Apparently Staff leave at 11.30-12 there is no afternoon housekeeping.
Bedroom floors sandy, dirty & not washed daily. Bathrooms not sparkling.
Very old scratchy beige bathroom towels that really need updating & awful scratchy cheap toilet tool never supplied with 2 rolls daily!
Buffet breakfast was ok but food was never abundant & identical every day- hot food was lacking several days.
All hot drinks were from a machine & not the best coffee taste but were complimentary all day.
No bar or food available at any time & no room service, no ice either.
Pool is lovely but no food or drinks allowed near it! Not even water!
Location of hotel is outstanding & staff courteous & plesant. It’s very much 2-3 star
It’s such a shame management hide from their duty -Lucille is a great girl on the desk trying to smooth over cracks.
This place has SO much potential to be better.
