Incredible place, perfect all around!

It's hard to put into words how amazing this place is, but let's just say the lengths they go to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect is second to none, honestly better than any place we've ever stayed including 5 star luxury resorts. Everything from the room (with a free upgrade), to the cleanliness, to the crazy amount of delicious food they provide (and get sad when you don't ask for more lol), to the amazing pool and amenities - it really is all perfect. The owners have put together an incredible experience and you can see it on the faces of every employee (Jessica was amazing!). The location is a really nice 10-15 minute walk to the Quadrado and they provide free rides to and from the beach. You really can't walk to the beach but if you've ever been to Trancoso you know that most pousadas are not really walkable unless they are quite literally on the beach since there's a pretty big hill to get down to them. At the end of the day, we LOVED this place and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Pousada muito limpa e organizada. A todo momento o hóspede é surpreendido com mimos, como pipoca, brigadeiro e açaí. Outro ponto positivo são os transfers até as principais praias de Trancoso que são oferecidos gratuitamente. Reservei a pousada pelas avaliações positivas daqui. Já esperava que seria muito bom, mas ao chegar com minha esposa vi que é muito melhor. TODOS, desde o segurança até o dono da pousada são educadissimos. A pousada nos oferece vários mimos, café da tarde, pipoca com brigadeiro na piscina. A recepção excelente, e tudo que precisavamos era so ligar. A motorista Letícia que nos levava e buscava (sem custos) para todas as praias, além de educada, contava tudo da cidade que queríamos saber. Eu até brinquei com os donos que sou chato com hotel, mas nem em hotéis tradicionais, tive um atendimento tão diferenciado, o cuidado com o hospede é algo sensacional. Fazem de tudo para que tenhamos uma experiencia maravilhosa. A jacuzzi é sensacional, o quarto é maravilhoso (com TV até na jacuzzi), obanheiro da suite parecia outro quarto de tao grande. Excelente localização. Piscina muito gostosa de usar. Parabéns, e esperamos voltar logo!!! PS. Delicioso o bolo de rocambole de presente!

Melhor hotel que já ficamos. É uma pousada perfeita. Bem localizada. Ideal para qualquer contexto. Casal, família, amigos. Todo o staff é acima do normal. A educação, o cuidado com tudo, a disposição pra ajudar. A comida é muito farta. E excelente. Quartos amplos e limpos. Piscina ótima. Não enxergo defeitos apesar de sermos bem críticos com qualidade de hospedagem. Muito bem localizada. Tanto para o Quadrado quanto para as praias, lojas e restaurantes (a pé). Tem transfer incluso na estadia, para as praias locais. Parece bobo, mas é muito confortável. Mercado, farmácia do lado, para ítens emergenciais que precise. Locatária de automóvel a alguns metros, caso também queira desbravar mais longe. O hotel indica transfer - melhor custo-benefício e bem pontual. Fizeram bolo de aniversário para minha esposa. Achei o máximo. Em resumo: Vá ! Há muitas duvidas e medos quando vemos tanta oferta de hospedagem. Mas essa é certeira. Queremos voltar.
