The concierge service is the finest I've ever experienced. Benjamin Zhou and Naggi are exceptional at making their guests feel at home. They went above and beyond arranging and navigating or stay. This was an exceptional stay. Pricey but well worth it.

Good location at the end of Nanjinglu, with lots of food choices and walking distance to the bund. Hotel has great service (especially Mia) and a nice pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is really welcoming upon my arrival. The room is very clean and very comfortable.
The hotel is located in the best location in Shanghai. It is a short walk to the bund. It is also located right next to the walking street. You are surrounded by many food stores, restaurants, and shopping centers.
The hotel also has a rooftop bar. I had a chance to enjoy it. There are two types of seating:
1. The outer seating with a sofa requires a minimum spend of at least 1000 RMB. It does provide you with the best view of the bund.
2. The inner seating is a bar-type seating with no minimum spend requirement.
I highly recommend booking this hotel, and I will book this hotel again upon my arrival back to Shanghai.

What a delightful experience! My 6 day stay could not have been better. From the concierge to house keeping, everything top notch. The hotels restaurants and rooftop view and the Le Labo scented air. Spacious bedroom and bath with separate shower.
