Fabulous location, 2 mins from Spanish steps, 15 mins walk from Trevi Fountain. Room was spacious and had a balcony where you could see the Spanish steps, breakfast was great. Was on a very busy road but this did not disturb sleep. Reception staff were really helpful. Didn’t use the spa but it looked great.

We loved the charm of this hotel. Our room was very large. The jetted tub was amazing. We did have an issue with the hot water. Some times it was very hot and other times it was lukewarm. We also couldnt get the TV to stay off. Odd. If you want ice, it's €5 for a bucket. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Close to the spanish steps, relatively clean, but they kept leaving very little toilet paper. No usable fridge as it is filled with their items. They kept leaving two towels for a three adult room.

Excellent location at the top of the Spanish Steps. Right next to top tier hotels that cost 10x the price. Had double room with patio. Beds are hard but expected in most of Europe. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was the same daily but there was plenty of options and a great way to start a long day of walking and sightseeing. You can rent a Lime scooter and park in front of the hotel for easy access up the hill to the hotel. Don't forget to bring a international power converter. Guests also have access to the roof that has several seating options and has a nice view.

It was a good suite. The master bedroom was quite large and spacious. The other 2 beds in a smaller room were a little tight in space, with no windows. The hallways were narrow too but I guess that is the norm in EU. The bathroom was small but had all required amenities. Overall it was a clean apartment sized suite with a stone's throw away from Spanish Steps and very close (walkable) to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and friendly; always eager to help. Highly recommend for that.
