As a person without a disability, I didn't realize I booked the room with "accessible" labelled on Expedia, which is not very obvious to notice. I tried to ask for a change of room, but the front desk made it very challenging. So I stayed in an accessible room, where it has a connection door, no proper-sized countertop, and no body wash ( the bottle was empty when I first got in, and on the third day, I left the lid open, and they filled it with water), no kettle (I asked), no bathrobe, no safe and security lock box, not fitted cup lid to the paper cups prepared in the room. This is my third time staying, the first two times experience were way better. However, given the experience I had this time, I will look into the other options next time. Other than this, the water park and fitness room are well maintained. Breakfast is great with multiple options.
