Exceed my expectations. Very quick self check in and staffs are there to provide help. Room has a double bed and is very clean. Shower water are warm enough. Shower has two types of settings. Wifi is fast. And I am looking for a good breakfast buffet 😀

Be mindful of 4pm check as it appears to be very strict lots of travellers waiting in the foyer. I stayed in the new section, room was very tidy. If you like a softer bed forget it. I enjoy a firm mattress and mine was very firm. Breakfast was very good. It is a little ways from things.There are a couple of restaurants nearby a seven eleven about 500 meters away and a lawsons in the hotels ground floor.

Overnight stay from a delayed flight, and it’s really close to the airport and the proce of $99 (AUD) was great. Having the Lawson downstairs is awesome, and the free breakfast too.

It is a 10 am check out. Most international flights leave in the evening. They allow you to stay in the room for 1000 JPY per hour That’s very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast was very weak. Use the convenience store.

Small room, well equipped
Room was small size but that’s pretty standard in Tokyo. It was very well equipped and has all that we needed for our stay. Super handy mini-fridge. Sparkling clean. Also has a Toto toilet that we appreciated. Breakfast was included and with good varieties. Free shuttle to Narita airport. Some restaurants within walking distance. Convenience store in the building which is super convenient for snacks. At check in, we were shown a notice about fire alarm testing during our stay. We went out during that time so it did not bother us. Would have appreciated notice prior.
