"We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff. "

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

10/10 Excellent
"Late post - stayed from 16-26 September 2025. Most impressed with the service, my husband contacted the hotel before we checked in to inform we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during the stay and we had a pleasant surprise when they sent up a bottle of wine and a dessert with a card. We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon and we really appreciated Staff Aki from the front desk. He personally accompanied us to the room on the first day and one of the days when there was limited deliveries for food due to the weather, he helped us to order the food personally as we had issues with the app and we gave him the money when he brought it up to our room. We truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to provide good service to hotel guests. We really enjoyed the stay - room is great and the bathroom is spacious, housekeeping did a wonderful job when we requested for amenities and cleaning up. Hotel is linked to IFC mall which is convenient for us too. Would definitely recommend. 💕"
