10/10 Excellent
"The staff were exceptionally attentive. I was amazed and delighted to be upgraded from a harbour view room to a harbour view suite! The view was spectacular. This hotel is great value for money. The amenities are amazing: pool, gym, squash courts and a climbing wall! The location could not be better. Literally right next to the MTR and a block from the Star Ferry terminal. "

"A simply high quality elegant hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Great location walkable to many attractions and shopping centers. The metro is across the street, literally you open the door and cross the street 20 feet and you go down to the metro station. Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also had the high tea at the hotel which was exceptional. The room was clean elegant, comfortable. The bed was amazing. Definitely will come back."
