"We’ve stayed in this hotel ever since it was Embassy Suites and never had any issues. This time I ended up with a strange skin rash on my left ankle; when I checked, the sofa bed mattresses of both rooms we stayed in, were in the most deplorable and unhealthy conditions. Needless to say they refunded me the extra money they charged for the use of the sofa bed. If it wasn’t for this, I could give a better rate, but health and safety issues of this kind are totally unacceptable for hotels of this category."
