"Got to the hotel early and we were able to check in early. Rooms and all were in good conditions. Would stay here again when in Chicago. "

"Definitely a family hotel! There were lots of other families there ranging in all ages. The pool is not that big but was nice to have. Be warned though the pool was very cold. Sometimes it was super busy and other times pretty open (we were there during spring break so I’m sure that played a part). The happy hour was great for adults and kids with drinks and snacks! Breakfast being included was nice and had a ton of options as well. "

"The lighting in the bathroom was not good and while the room was clean, it was not spotless and housekeeping did not come for 3 days although I could have requested it. There was no housekeeping option on the door tag. The television channels were quite limited and movies and room service prices were very high. I would not stay there again. "

"Resort fee unwarranted. Few/slow elevators. No coffeemaker, fridge, microwave in room. Couldn't open bathroom door all the way. "

"Room was minimal no cups in room, people fighting in hallway at 3am. Noise all night. Girl at check in was rude. Speak English!"

"Excellent hotel. The valet parking is very expensive at $92 dollars a day. "
