"All the staff was excellent, the facilities are top and the food offer incredible, specially the desserts and seafood. The hotel transportation was also remarkable and on time, very close to the national parks and other tourist activities, we hope to go back at some time.
Special mention to Sophie, Vincent and Darcy for their commitment and kindness.

"Rooms are large, well furnished and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, although I think might not have english speaking staff member that you might find in a large chain hotel.
Food is all made by the onsite chef, and while a bit limited in choice, is very tasty and not too expensive.
The only potential downside is that as a retreat type property, it isn't located in the nearby city. If you drove in your own car or rented car, then no issue. But the only easily walkable local...

When i showed the restaurant name on my mobile app, the person tried to call the restaurant directly on my mobile without asking me. "
