"The front desk clerks do not speak English and get frustrated when you try and use a translator app. The room is extremely far from and tourist attraction; about two hours on bus and one hour on train. The breakfast they offer is a slice of toast or a choice of two small Dixie cups of dry cereal. The entrance is through a parking garage door on both sides of the hotel. The bus is about six minute walk while the train is about 20 minute walk but worth it if you want to get to Busan or attractions...

"This hotel was super nice and I would definitely come back here. Points to mention: - Sauna/Jjimjilbang: You get 30% off the prices while staying here, but you do have to pay to enter. So, just a heads up if you expected it to be included. - Hotel staff: The day we checked in was fine and there was a good English speaker, but the rest of the stay was iffy. "Arrived early before check-in but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at no extra cost. One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed.
