"The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Athough the lobbyvad room were both small, they were sufficient for our purposes and the room had an excellent view of the Santa Justa Lift and top of the Cathedral ruins. The lut had brokn dow when we arrived, and the staff oganised for our luggage to be taken up to our fifth floor room for us, so that we didnt have to lug the cases up five flights of stairs. "

"The hotel is perfectly located for all the attractions and restaurants, central to everything. The room was wonderful, breakfast was great too and the hotel staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again. "

"This hotel is in the new part of the city, very close walk to the aquarium. It is beautifully decorated inside with informative wall art about Lisbon. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had towel warmers. The toilet space has a door for privacy. They offer pillow service - never had that before - where you could choose from five different types of pillows. The rooftop pool was closed for the winter but it is a beautiful infinity style pool that overlooks the city. We did not use the Turkish bath or sauna but they looked nice. We were only there one night but would definitely stay again if we are ever in Lisbon."

"The museum inside the hotel included some really interesting and unique finds. The staff and service were amazing and our room was wonderful. The free tour of the museum was great, and the tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough."

"The property, lobby/reception and room were beautifully appointed and modern. Staff was very nice, extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. I would come here again and recommend to others. Restaurant was ok. I came in 1 night for dinner and the food was good (spinach soup and salmon) but couldn’t get a piece of bread or cracker. It was kind of odd. Staff nice and helpful."
