"We very much enjoyed our stay as both the grounds as the room were very nice. The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face. Also the reception was very pleasant and effective. All by all it was a very nice holiday!"

"Very nice hotel with lots of beautiful sculptures everywhere. The outdoor pool was very nice but very hard to find any free sunbed it was always full.
The rooms are big and have a very nice view but our room was not cleaned as a 5star hotel should be, there was a lot of small spiders and spider net in almost every corner.
But the worst thing was the

every day in lunch and dinner with almost just pork meat in every dish they made so it was soo boring...

Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry...
