"The property was very modernized and updated. The gym and pool were amazing. The service staff were extremely welcoming and the food staffs were wonderful, some even help me with some suggestions of local food to try during my stay. However, the surrounding location wasn’t so great. It’s about 20-30 minutes drive away from the main city. I definitely would have loved to extend my stay for the duration of my visit in Liberia if it wasn’t for the location. "

"Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. "The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE."
