"This resort was everything I wanted it to be although our room did have a leak, they sent someone to fix it asap. There were a couple hiccups but I appreciate there determination to fix their problems. I would come back to this hotel and do privilege again. Just make sure your phone service works in Jamaica because you need what’s app to communicate. My phone didn’t work out there so we had only one phone to text butlers. "

"Overall, my stay was very enjoyable! I had a great time—everyone on the staff was kind, helpful, and brought a fun energy that really enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the entertainment; it added a lively and engaging touch to my visit.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the authenticity of the cultural experience, particularly when it comes to the music and food. Being in Jamaica, I was hoping for more traditional Jamaican flavors and sounds, rather than offerings that seemed tailored primarily for American tourists. Embracing more of the local culture would truly make the experience unforgettable for visitors from all over the world.

"Everything was amazing! Food, restaurants and even the buffet. I'm not a huge buffet person but theirs was awesome! Lots of choices. Very clean and the rooms were great! Views of the Ocean and the beach was fantastic! I normally drink only wine but the drinks were super good- love the featured cocktail menu at the bars- we tried them all, and if you go, must get the Bob & Rita Marley!
Entertainment was top notch and the dancers are tremendous with a ton of "riz" as the kids call it! This resort won't disappoint.
Some feedback or suggestions- rotate the food at Pepe's Place. A lot of resorts in Cancun do this on the pool decks. Maybe an ice cream or gelato station! Offer more than 1 night of Karaoke or a separate area to have several ops for this. Kids love it! Slides were SUPER fun and safe. All I can say is yeah mon! We traveled with 11 of us and we all had an amazing time! Great job Riu Palace Aquarelle!"
