Generally a good history with the hotel

When we checked in to the hotel I requested a room on the parking lot side of the building as opposed to looking out over the planes landing and going to the gates. I should have just called down to the front desk to correct this, but thought I'd be ok. This kept us up way too late for a departure at about 6 AM.
