They want to charge you for breakfast..
This experience would have been better, but every time we stay here, we have to remind them of the free breakfast that is included for whatever reason they always forget and attempt to want to charge you. Every time we have stayed here we noticed there is a fee that pops up. This place seems like a money pit.

Check in was terrible, they initially said the room we booked was unavailable. Then suddenly after 30 minutes our room “became available”. It was a very unorganized and stressful check in after coming off the road. The room also was not as updated as pictured online.

Served its purpose
Our stay was just okay. Our 1st floor room and lobby area really needs updating, our headboard was peeling apart, the arms of the chair was torn. The ice machine on this floor didn't have any ice, and in the morning our elevator wasn't working, though that may have been a fluke. The pros were, The bed was firm and comfortable for a good night sleep, the bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure, the staff were very kind and friendly. Would I stay at this hotel again, probably not, it served its purpose but was not good value for the price we paid.

Thought this was a new new building, but it’s actually a new company in an older building. The changes they’ve made to the building so far are great and I look forward to visiting again for a better impression.

The pictures and ratings are extremely over rated or I would not have booked here. The hotel is dingy and dirty. The carpets were stained and had crumbs. The furniture doesn't seem like it's been replaced in years. The faucet didn't work in the bathroom. The wallpaper is pealing off in the hallways. Upgrade your hotel. Where is the money going? This is a company issue, not employees. The outside of the hotel looks run down. I wouldn't be surprised if mold is infesting the building. Guest have to pay for parking, $12 a night when the hotel has an entire parking lot. I have never paid for parking at a hotel my entire life and I have stayed at many hotels around the country. It is a form of manipulating prices. Just increase your rate $12 dollars then.

We were very disappointed with this room. The bed was old and too soft, the toilet was so old it looked like a baby toilet, it was too low with no grab bars to get out of the seat, the ice machine didn’t work, the sink was clogged, the rugs were old…The people and service was the only good thing about this place. I don’t know if some of the rooms have been updated but on floor 4 everythjng was old!
