None of the rooms had heat!! Freezing!! And when I complained the front desk said I can ask for refund but the mantra isn't and until 3 days later and works only 4 hours a day. Terrible service.

The hotel was terribly dirty and smelled really bad. The heat, and a/c in the building stopped working and the hotel issued full refund.

My Stay
I didn't like the fact that it says there's a shuttle from the airport, but there isn't one. The heat didn't, so it was quite chilly in there. I would say that housekeeping did a great job.
