This resort hotel has excellent customer service and beautiful views, service and relaxing atmosphere. It has it's own private beach and loud noise is prohibited. Perfect for relaxing and feeling privacy. Beautiful! We highly recommend it. Sending a very special thanks to all the staff that took great care of us!

Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor. El hotel está muy bonito, es para no salir de él. Está en una cima y es imposible ir, si no traes carro. Viajé con un adulto mayor, con bastón y si le batallamos. La estructura del hotel es con escaleras, un elevador, más escaleras, cambias de elevador etc. Al menos en los 700 que estuve hospedada. Si viajas con adulto mayor o con silla de ruedas, se tiene que considerar.

El personal no es muy amable, a la hora de comprar el hospedaje lo pague con desayuno incluido y ya en el establecimiento dijeron que lo del menor osea mi hijo no estava incluido y me cobraron el bufett , te abren el minibar solo si les dejas abierto un baucher con tarjeta de credito y lo inspeccionan como si sus huespedes no tuvieran para pagar alguna bebida que hay en en el minibar, a mi eso se me hace innesesario,y lo comemto porque ya se sabe que si te tomas algo lo tienes que pagar. Me he hospedado en tros sitios donde lo del minibar hasta lo incluyen como cortesia.
