Young man at the front desk was very helpful for bus ride to Stanford University. Great breakfast and cleaning staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and kind asking us if we need anything. We will definitely come back!! Thank you!!

One of the worst hotels you will ever experience. Rooms are dirty and will get you sick. Stay away at all cost.

Disappointed in the state of the property. Old and over-priced. I wouldn’t rate it 3 star. It’s a 2 star. Nothing against the staff. It’s just an OLD hotel being priced as if it were new. Not happy with Hotels.com as a result. Earlier in the week I was at an excellent Westin Element in San Jose. I wish I had not left that property.
