This place does not look like the pictures on line. It was dirty, floors needs sweeping, bathtubs were dirty. Bathroom commode stopped up, horrible lobby and if I could have gotten my money back from you last night we wouldn’t stay.

There was no slower curtain. The sheets were filthy. The ac didn’t work and when you tried to contact the front desk no one would answer. After helping move our daughter from SC to Norfolk with the NAVY we just wanted to rest and it was so disgusting we couldn’t rest. I’ve been workin with Expedia to cancel our 2nd night because we were definitely not staying there and tweeting to get our money back. But these people will not answer the phone for them either. This is definitely the worst place we have ever stayed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!

Stay Away!!
The tv didn’t turn on with the remote. I went to the front desk and he told me I would have to pull the wire out and put it back in. After doing that it still didn’t work. He then sent someone down, who got it to turn on but you only got one channel. As the night went on the roaches started to come out. My boyfriend called the front desk and the lady said that they only come out at night. He asked could we change rooms and she said no not until the next day and hung up. He called back and talked to someone else who claimed that he didn’t know about any roach problem and we could get a refund for our next night.

When I entered my room, the bed has not been made from the previous guest, the room was dirty. I went to the office and they switched me to a different room when I enter the second room. It was not much better than the first. The room had been cleaned, but I assume with dirty rags and mops. It smelled disgusting and left a lot to be desired. The bedding had holes in it from what seem to be drug use, there were bugs in the room, and although the bed was made, the linen was from a previous guest. There was hair and other noticeable items in the sheets and bedding. The bathroom facilities did not work properly.

Do. Not. Stay here. It is a literal roach motel. I don’t expect a whole lot from places like this; I’m aware of what I booked. But I DO expect the rooms to be free of roaches; it is INFESTED. The first room they gave had roaches on the bed and a busted smoke alarm. Changed rooms and this time, there was no smoke alarm at all. I killed five roaches before I went to sleep, and couldn’t sleep peacefully because I was afraid that I’d be covered in them. Woke up and killed more roaches. Again, THIS ‘MOTEL’ IS LITERALLY CRAWLING WITH ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I literally skipped showering before my flight just to leave that place; woke up and found TWO roaches in the bathtub itself.
The linens appeared clean, but honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve never been washed. The ‘comforter’ certainly hasn’t. The towels and wash clothes were dingy and filthy. I didn’t even want to use them because I wasn’t sure if they’d never been washed or were just dingy. Felt disgusted and literally went and bought a towel and wash clothe from Walmart down the street. The bathroom was also filthy. Looked like the toilet seat had never been cleaned, the shower was gross and dirty.
One of the staff was an a-hole about resetting my room key. Interrogated me and then demanded the room key, fixed it, and threw it back at me because it was the middle of the night before storming off. This is your job dude.
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GET IT OFF EXPEDIA.
The place honestly needs to be shut down,

I booked non smoking. Every room was disgusting i tried changing to another room and it was just as bad. One room had cigarette burns everywhere and just reeked. the other one had a broken mirror and a hole punched in the bathroom door and still reeked of cigarette smoke. also one room looked like it had collapsed on itself. when i got there they said their card machine was down and i had to pay in cash and they charged me an extra 50 dollars than what i agreed to on the site. when i tried to get my money back they said no so i just checked out and got a different hotel. please take this off of your site nobody should be staying here its unsanitary, unsafe, and they will take your money.

Room 126 is horrible, most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. Room was dirty, burnt holes in cover on bed, toilet wasn't working properly, Mini fridge was leaking water when I've arrived and front desk just mop the water up in which water was on the floor again later that night...Staff member was horrible, they wouldn't let me change rooms.,... Stayed 2 nights and should be reimburse for at least one day....OVER ALL IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY!!!

Disgusting!!!!!! Roaches, prostitution running all through the motel. I had to stay for a week. So upon arrival i noticed the floors. So i bought a mop and bleach and once the water hit the floor it literally was mud!!!! No lie!!!! It took 6 moppings of the floor for the water to become clear ISH!!!!! My daughter pulled back the top blanket….. which was filthy dirty full of burn holes…… just to find unclean sheets. Crumbs. Makeup smears. There were rooms with busted windows…. That they would rent out cash for a discounted rate!!! There was only one housekeeper who had a bottle of glass cleaner and a toilet brush. Thats what was used to clean everything!!!!! The mop used was brown!!!They charged a service fee of $3.50….. that you had to pay via cash app!!!! Complete dump and scammers!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The Sheets were Stained, the Door could barely Close the lock was nonexistent. It was a Nonsmoking Room and it smelled like an Ashtray. The Bathtub and Toilet looked like it hadn’t been Washed in Weeks. I requested a Refund and was told to Checkout and go to another Hotel and come back for My Money the next day. To Days later I still did not get to see a Manager which was always unavailable and I am from outta town just visiting My Son who’s in the Navy.
