Always a nice stay
We found the Arras property last year and did another trip this Jan. The staff is always so incredibly nice and ready to assist. Hotel is well positioned to walk to lots of restaurant choices downtown. We did have some room issues this trip. The TV screen was dying and not really usable for a good portion of the stay. It took a couple calls to get it switched out so we didn't have a TV for half our stay. I was also disappointed to find the soaking tub's drain plug was broken and would not hold water in the tub. Nice rooms, but seeing a little wear. A few challenges, but we would still recommend the Arras. The staff (and especially Valet team) make the stay so enjoyable.

Surprised by the service
Lovely property but a bit underwhelmed at the service. The staff was dismissive at times. I rented a room for a business meeting and stayed at the hotel. The hotel meeting staff was a bit rude. Typically when I do a room rental and a room it's acknowledged or there is a perk. I was asked to rate the service during my stay, which I did, they asked for feedback and then never responded. There is also not a full length mirror in the room.
