The hotel was a disappointment for a Hilton. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything the neighbors above and to the side. The room features were old and the couch was very shabby and stained. This felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Clean but noisy and no service
Room was nice but asked for cleaning service twice and they never came. Also was in the second floor and I don’t know what was going on above us but you can hear everything in the room above and they must have been partying or something because every night the got home like midnight and woke us up with all the noise till almost 2 in the morning. So if you are going to stay here make sure you get a 3rd floor room because you hear everything above you.

Room was not in very good condition. Wallpaper was peeling off and was not very clean. The couches had stains all over them and outdated. The water pipes made constant ticking noise in the ceiling and the cold water was not cold. Also, the pull out bed in the couch was in bad shape. You could feel all the bars in the bed and when you laid on it, you sunk and could feel it folding back up.

Stay was average. The tv was a disappointment. It worked for 2 hours and wouldnt work the rest of the time. Service desk sent techs but they were not able to figure it out so, oh well, was the response we received. The Netflix app wasnt working on the tv neither...oh well. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay with nice kitchenette beds and seating. Easy convenient location. Great breakfast offerings. Our scuffed up door was very drafty so we rolled up a towel against it. The heat felt good. We didnt use fireplace. There wasnt hot water in tub or sink but overall nice quiet friendly stay.
