Our stay was amazing. We had a ln over water king room and EVERYONE was more than kind and helpful! The hotel Smells amazing too! I kept asking what it was and people told me they put it through the air system and they are trying to make a candle with the scent. Dang! I hope they do!

Don’t stay on the 4th floor room 436
Spend over $500 on king balcony room for our anniversary, was kept up all night from very loud non stop clunking on the roof sounding like the heater kicking on and off or something. Kids screaming in the room next to us from 3am on. We left at 6am just to get home to sleep. Every Disappointed as we’ve been wanting to stay here for a long time but sadly we will never recommend or return.

One of the Best!! And Home of The Beatles!
Nice for families or visitors looking small quaint feel to their stay. It’s a great place to sit back and watch the ducks on water right outside your room. Also a great place to visit around the holidays. Very close to Pikes Market and places to shop in the area.
