La gente del hotel es muy amable, desde que llegas al hotel la persona que te recibe super amable, en recepción te tratan excelente, lo mejor las personas que tienen como servicios de traslados recomendables, amables, atentos, serviciales, te dan opciones turísticas y de comida. Las instalaciones del hotel están descuidadas, en la habitación que me quede el baño olía a drenaje, la puerta del baño rechinaba y se escuchan todos los ruidos
