A true 5 star experience! We loved this hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. The butlers we had were amazing, they even found us a floating swan for the pool! Everywhere you went they knew your name. At the end of our trip they left us thank you gifts.
