The Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North is a tired hotel. The lobby is nice, but that's about it. The corridors and room smelled musty. The elevators are slow. The bathroom had no hand soap, the light bulb was burned out, and the sink was very slow to drain. There were hardly any tissues or toilet paper. The curtains were
ripped. The carpet was dirty. I'm shocked that Hilton allows their name to go on this hotel, time for renovation.

Only thing I didn’t like was being next to elevator and lobby. Some noise in the morning from people going to breakfast. Everything else was great!

The hotel was really not that bad the two biggest things there that was lacking a little is the bed was uncomfortable and lacked decent pillows also the people partying outside are room past 11 PM at night makes it hard to sleep with the above things i mentioned other than that it was managable !!

Even though it’s an older hotel, it was very clean, wry quiet and the staff was great.
So many places to dine and you do t have to drive.
Shopping is local and entertainment was all in the same area.

I literally booked a room at 3:45am drove to the hotel and was checking in and settled by 4:30am. Slept like a baby and got to check out at noon (I was exhausted) so that extra time was so needed. Thank you to the older gentleman that checked me in and got me a quiet room.

Went for a business trip the hotel is non smoking but all you could smell was smoke and weed. I had one towel that was never changed out my entire stay, i know this because i put a piece of paper in it to mark it after day 3 of my 10 night stay, i removed the paper when i checked out. Sheets were only replaced once in my stay i just hoped they were clean when i checked in. Internet is free only for 7 days or you have to pay i had to use my phone for the final 3 days of my trip because the internet expired. For the amount of money i spent on this single room it was an exterme disappointment, dont think i will be staying there again.

The hotel was ok. Nothing to write home about however , this is the first time that i stay in a holiday inn and they charge for the buffet breakfast which is the same you get in other places for free, they charge $14 for terrible food and coffee .
