Our room was not ready when we got there so we had to go and away for 2 hours and then come back. There was dust/ dirt on the top of the refrigerator and the cabinets and there was hair in the shower. Then went to make coffee in the evening and there was mold in the Keurig coffee maker. Took it down to the front desk and they didn’t have a replacement but stated they would have the manager contact us in the morning. That never happened. When we went to check out the next day I again reiterated what we had found and again was told that the manager would contact us. Also, that because we had book thru a third party there was nothing they could do for us.
Still haven’t heard from the manager.
