Outdated, noisy and not very clean. Area was also not the best. I rely on reviews a lot when booking. I wasn’t seeing what all the reviews stated. The front desk clerk upon check in was very friendly. There was another door when getting off the elevator to get to your room. Being disabled it was difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, I was staying at the hotel on my own and didn’t have additional assistance.

Only one complaint
We enjoyed our stay at the best western , comfortable connecting rooms we enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good with so many options . Our only complaint is that we were barefoot in the rooms and our feet got very dirty , everything else was clean in the rooms but the floor was dirty

Needs to be cleaned better
Our over all stay was good staff was very friendly beds very comfortable the breakfast was average with quite of bit to choose from bathtub small but still decent but now for the complaints the pull out bed mattress cover was disgusting looking with Stains and what looked like pubic hair it definitely needs taken off and thrown away there was no linens for the pull out I had to take it off another bed and the coffee pot in room was dusty inside and out i didn't complain about the pull out bed due to it being so late there is a big stain in the hallway on second floor it's a decent hotel they just need to due more housekeeping clean it better I personally would not stay there again due to the housekeeping

When we arrived there were issues with the rate we reserved rhe rooms at online and they were unable to resolve and give us the rates we booked. First room i was assigned smelled of smoke. They were able to switch my room.
