Decent hotel located close to the central area. I was impressed with receptionist that willing to inform about the hotel. However, front staff was lack of willing to help an un reliable. I have been told by their staff via expedia chat that I can park for free until 13.00 of check out date, but when I arrived suddenly charged 1500 yen and have to pay extra after 12.00pm with irresponsible to the previous info.

Would stay again
It was a great place to stay, and ideally located within walking distance to many shopping areas. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated ; the staff were very efficient, friendly, helpful, and accommodating; and we had a nice view from our room. Would recommend

Spacious and Clean!
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a bit older but we still liked it. The shower was spacious. Everything was walking distance. Super convenient! We will definitely stay here again!
