The rooms are outdated and the beds are not comfortable. The shower leaked rust the entire time. However, the ammenites at the hotel are phenomenal! The pool was recently updated and the movie theater, arcade, and kids quest are a huge selling point. The lounge hosted a DJ all weekend. Overall, the experience was good.

Welcome retreat
A relaxing retreat from Las Vegas. All the amenities we wanted with a quiet room, beautiful view and nice pool. Staff was all friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Not the quality expected for the price.
Rooms where a little dirty, mattresses were pretty old and beat up! Not comfortable, broken springs I think. Bathroom had no vent fan, just the cover for one covering a hole in the wall, got very hot and steamy in there. Pool and beach on the river were very nice. I thought it strange that the table games in the casino had limited hours.

Let down
We had to check in late and they could not find out reservation not a big deal... Since we checked in late there was only subway open to eat I didn't get drinks because we saw a soda machine and we really wanted a few water bottles since Avi does not provide complementary water in rooms anymore so I walk across casino with food and get to soda machine and it says it takes card but it did not so I walk back to room get cash walk back the thing didn't take cash either so I was pissed and left to Smith's to get drinks then water to shower was not getting hot and finally the remote to tv was missing... Just a frustrating trip and for $63 a night it was lame and not even worth staying another night also never received the clean towels I requested maybe next time I'll go to the pioneer it's cheaper and we get free water
